Implement plan/ recommend adjustment

NZTA staff, and possibly external programme deliverers, implement the plan where this is within their authority and/or make a recommendation to adjust the plan if required.

Adjustments that require recommendation to the Group Manager Planning & Investment or the NZTA Board The NZ Transport Agency Board. include:

• Changes to funding policy, such as adjusting the threshold level for new approvals, either across all activities or for particular Activity Classes,
• Updates to TIO The NZTA's web-based funding allocation system. FAR The usual contribution in percentage terms, that the NZTA augments funding of an approved organisation, for the delivery of an activity or combination of activities. rates or group allocations,
• Any adjustment that would trigger the NZTA’s Significance Policy (NZTA-only link).
