Assess, prioritise and recommend |
Recommenders assess and prioritise the activity against the Transport Agency’s assessment framework. Based on the prioritisation, they recommend the activity to the appropriate approver for consideration.
The NZTA expects that recommenders recommend a definite decision to either approve or decline the application, along with any conditions or variations if applicable.
Only in exceptional circumstances is a recommendation made that the activity be deferred because it is not ready. If it is not ready for approval, it should not be progressed to the approver. |
