End-of-year carryovers |
For approved improvement activities, carryovers should be declared as a cashflow adjustment within the TIO The NZTA's web-based funding allocation system. Reviews Module.
For programme-based activities (such as Public Transport services, maintenance, renewals and minor improvements), carryovers can only be made within the 3 year NLTP A National Land Transport Programme Interrelated and complementary combination of activities that, when delivered in a coordinated manner, produce synergies – can span more than one work category and more than one activity class, e.g. a programme could include a road improvement and public transport improvement activities. adopted by the NZTA under section 19 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied and must be approved by NZTA. |
Increased funding including Supplementary Allocations |
Requests for additional programme funding must be made through the TIO The NZTA's web-based funding allocation system. Reviews Module and is subject to NZTA approval, based on the merits of the application.
