Introduction |
Approved Organisations (AOs) and the NZTA (state highways) should make an initial assessment of the situation and damage and decide if an immediate response is required, particularly in the urgent interests of public safety.
If an urgent response is required, it should be carried out immediately without any requirement to notify or discuss the situation with the NZTA. |
