Finalise programme and get the NZTA (state highways) Value Assurance Committee (VAC) endorsement

Introduction

The Value Assurance Committee (VAC) is the NZTA (state highways) decision making group. The committee  considers:

• issues of national importance, and
• improvements to national standards.

The VAC is required to provide assurance on the efficiency and effectiveness of highways projects and assets.

The VAC decides to endorse the final programme and confirm it is ready to issue and proceed to implementation.
