Send to the NZTA Senior Leadership Team for comment

Introduction

The NZTA’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT) comprises the Chief Executive, six Group Managers and four Regional Directors.

A copy of the final programme is sent to the SLT for comment. The SLT considers   how well the programme aligns with the investment direction set in the NZTA’s Investment and Revenue Strategy (IRS).

Feedback from the SLT is incorporated into the final programme.
