Regional Council forwards the approved (or unapproved) RLTP to the NZTA - overview

 

Introduction

The Regional Council forwards the approved (or unapproved) Regional Land Transport Programme Interrelated and complementary combination of activities that, when delivered in a coordinated manner, produce synergies – can span more than one work category and more than one activity class, e.g. a programme could include a road improvement and public transport improvement activities. (RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. ) to the NZTA.

 

Regional Council sends RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. via Transport Investment Online

The Regional Council will either forward the:

  • approved RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. to the NZTA, or
  • unapproved RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. to the NZTA with a statement that it has not approved the RLTP and the reasons for the decision.

 

The RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. will be forwarded to the NZTA via Transport Investment Online.

 

Auckland Transport informs the NZTA of any NZTA activities excluded from RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied.

At the time of forwarding its RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. to the NZTA, Auckland Transport must give the NZTA reasons for excluding any NZTA activity from its RLTP.
