Auckland Transport informs the NZTA of any NZTA activities excluded from RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. |
At the time of forwarding its RLTP A regional land transport plan, prepared under Part 2 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied. to the NZTA, Auckland Transport must give the NZTA reasons for excluding any NZTA activity from its RLTP.
