Communicate NLTP timeframes with AOs and RTCs - overview

 

Introduction

Regional Directors and regional staff communicate National Land Transport (NLTP A National Land Transport Programme Interrelated and complementary combination of activities that, when delivered in a coordinated manner, produce synergies – can span more than one work category and more than one activity class, e.g. a programme could include a road improvement and public transport improvement activities. adopted by the NZTA under section 19 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied ) timeframes with Approved Organisations, Regional Transport Committees (RTCs) and Regional Advisory Groups (RAGs).

 

Communication

Formal communication to RTC A regional transport committee established under section 105 or clause 11 of schedule 7 of the LTMA. Chairs and Approved Organisation Chief Executives is likely to be the responsibility of Regional Directors. This communication will include that required under the Land Transport Management Act 2003 (LTMA The Land Transport Management Act 2003, as amended from time to time. ), specifically, sections 13(1) & 13(2) and section 16(4) (section 17(4) has been repealed).

 

Regional staff are expected to communicate NLTP A National Land Transport Programme Interrelated and complementary combination of activities that, when delivered in a coordinated manner, produce synergies – can span more than one work category and more than one activity class, e.g. a programme could include a road improvement and public transport improvement activities. adopted by the NZTA under section 19 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied timeframes with Approved Organisations, RTCs and RAG staff so that there is a clear understanding of deadlines at all levels.
