Where the expenditure forecast is not considered to be reasonable it is referred back to the programme deliverer (via NZTA (planning & investment) regional staff for Approved Organisations) to confirm or amend as appropriate.

Raise issue with Ministry of Transport

Where the revenue forecast raises an issue it is raised with Ministry of Transport to gain an understanding of the underlying reasons for the issue.
