Discuss and devise plan |
Where action is required, e.g. in response to a variation from plan, usually this will be discussed with other parts of the NZTA, e.g. regional staff, and may involve programme deliverers outside of the NZTA. A plan will be developed to get NLTP A National Land Transport Programme Interrelated and complementary combination of activities that, when delivered in a coordinated manner, produce synergies – can span more than one work category and more than one activity class, e.g. a programme could include a road improvement and public transport improvement activities. adopted by the NZTA under section 19 of the LTMA, as from time to time amended or varied cash-flows back on track, or the need for an adjustment, e.g. to the endorsed cash-flow strategy, will be identified.
NZTA’s Finance team is expected to play a major role in most discussions and plans, especially where possible use or adjustment of the short-term debt facility is proposed.
This step, along with Step 9 (Review status and decide action), may precede the report to the Group Manager, Board The NZ Transport Agency Board. , etc, so that the action and plan are recommended as part of the report. |
