Discuss and devise plan

Where action is required, e.g. in response to a variation from plan, usually this will be discussed with other parts of the NZTA, e.g. regional staff, and may involve programme deliverers outside of the NZTA. This step, along with Step 9 (Review status and decide action), may precede the report to the Group Manager, Board The NZ Transport Agency Board. , etc, so that the action and plan are recommended as part of the report.
